Rachmad Latiba having over two decades of experience in community facilitation, social research, and GIS analysis, this professional has contributed to various development and environmental projects across Indonesia. Their roles include Facilitator and GIS Specialist at Maroon Consulting (2024–2025), Independent Investigator for socio-economic and stakeholder mapping studies in South Sulawesi and South Kalimantan (2022–2023), and GIS Specialist at Yayasan Cinta Alam in collaboration with TNC (2018). He has also worked with organizations such as TELAPAK, the Forest Management Agency, IMACS, AMATRA, and WPC, focusing on social mapping, community empowerment, and sustainable forest management initiatives.
